The average daily volume increase also allows PTSC to do a good deal more share purchasing compared to recent past. If they have the cash we think they do, maxing out on the daily purchases while the pps is this low seems to be the logical and financially wise thing to do. If they aren't buying the max nu;mber of shares allowed, I hope there is one heck of a good explantion as to why. MY opinion only.
