To what corporate advantage would that action be directed?

I'm sure TPL has updated all infringement claims as to expand them to include the newly recertified 584...

Why would PTSC management need to expend all that energy to notify the investing public as to the recert. The investing public to my observation is not an obvious concern of PTSC management.
