Emit, Thanks for bringing up stevens post again, from early today. I believe this answers the question of whether or not infringement by ARM, on the 584, is now applicable. However, we don't get to find out if Lecky is going after them unless TPL files suit or they agree to purchase a license and it gets pr'd.
