this has nothing to do with the Markman. Also Acer and HTC have not filed motions to strike so one would assume that the ICs are specific in regard to those companies products. For one reason or another TPL didn't get specific. I was under the impression that they didn't have the proper documentation to do a proper reverse engineering to the specified chips. Hopefully they remained vague to draw something out of the motion from Barco.
