We have since signed a number of licenses (85 or so), the T3 lawsuit has been settled (although the terms have not been published due to an agreement of privacy), and more importantly all challenges to the patents ( I forget the number, 13, 14, whatever) have been dealt with mostly in PTSC's favor.

We still have 450 or so companies on notice of infringement. Most have probably been stalling until the J3 case reaches its conclusion. I suspect a strong Markman ruling would expedite matters very nicely.

We can all speculate as to what the share price would be. One of us may actually get it right. One thing we can agree on is that the share price will be up. AND IT'S ABOUT TIME!
