Seagate has to be very careful at this point. the experts from china will be all over this for technology. my view. seagate could be replaced by oceangate of the prc. remember we were the free appetizer for many years. tied up in court and patent reexam. a full course meal still could be enjoyed by acer, if they gain some new technology.

I do not know if this was discussed before. What alternatives would seagate have and who would the judge hold responsible? It is not seagates fight, but acers.
