That is not the case as I had contacted the Official Gazette previously when waiting for the issue of the certificate for the 336 and they were more than willing to provide information.

At any rate, for what it is worth I called the gazette this morning and the person I spoke with said that the certificate has not been published and said it takes about 16 weeks.
