I humbly suggest that the licensing landscape changed dramatically thanks to the Portfolio's triumphant emergence from 17 (unprecedented) attacks over the past 60 months.

Well GE, Motorola and three others signed up for aprox $40M... PTSC's take home on GE, Motorola and 3 additional licensees will be about $16M... not chopped liver, but imo certainly not what I would expect from those 2 mega-giant corporations along with 3 others... I certainly hope the license fees go up with the successful recerts and a positive NorCal Markman.. but I'll believe it when I see it.. At the very least tho.. licensing should pick up dramtically.. no matter if DL ups the $/infringing chip or not...
