TPL could offer all customers Non disclosure deals. Ptsc would only have to deal with PR"S stating what the divy payout for the qrter looks like. even giving some forward guidance. And if they have a strong lic period . Ptsc could actual let out a PR stating that they where bumping up the Divy for the next payout period. This could be BIG! JMHO
