How 'bout we win the Markman first... I don't care what Leckrone stated.. what did he say.. "slam dunk" ? Yah... I'm sure Judge Ware was extrememly happy when he got wind of that opinion... I don't trust DL nor his opions one iota... I will be satisfied when I see results in my portfolios.. that is after a successful Markman and aftrer INCREASED MMP fees are proven... If the unreported revenue that Lamberts is doing the figures for are settlements with GE, Motorola and the like.. then I personnally will be disappointed (throw in Apple's $6M gift) with those results... after a successful Markman and/or trial one of those Cos should have paid that amount that resulted in the $350M total... For those mega Cos and whichever other ones we don't know are included.. after expenses, etc.. what will PTSC's actual take home be?
