According to Leckrone's reported comments of $345M or $350M or even better $350M PLUS, that would suggest that on average, these 5 licenses brought in over $8M each to PDS. Compare that to the average of the first 86 licensees, which is $3.6M and we may FINALLY be seeing some truth to the promise that the license fees would increase with time.
