Just so you know that's a lame response from IR.

It's not Alliacense's website that says "over 75" but it's the last PR they issued that included that language. And PRIOR to that PR, they had issued a PR 3 months ago that said "Eighty".

Per the CommAg or the Master Agreement, I can't remember which, there is specific language that says NEITHER SIDE can issue a PR without the prior consent of the other, so PTSC by agreement has to approve the PR that Alliacense issued. So essentially, while they're trying to pawn it off on Alliacense, the REALITY is that it's another example of PTSC MANAGEMENT NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER OVERSIGHT TO THE AGREEMENTS WITH TPL, plain and simple!

Maybe they consider this not worth their efforts, but if they're not doing the little stuff, and they weren't doing the big stuff either, well......
