From YESTERDAY's TYCO license PR from Alliacense (don't forget that by agreement it also had to be approved by PTSC before it could be issued so in essence, it's just as though PTSC issued it) we learn:
"Over 75 global companies from the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan have licensed the MMP Portfolio™ technologies."
HOWEVER,
From NOVEMBER's Cymer license PR from Alliacense (again, approved by PTSC so in essence PTSC speaking) we learned:
"Eighty global companies from the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan have licensed the MMP Portfolio™ technologies."
Not to mention, redbird's shared response from PTSC's IR that there are "over 90" mmp licensees.
Obviously 80 is "over 75", as is 90, but from a communication standpoint, this sure isn't "TRANSPARENT"! lol. Perhaps Cliff and our BOD are cordial and polite people. However, when they SAY they're working on being more transparent or question suggestions that the perception that they are not is incorrect as Cliff did in the FAQ, and then they let this type of thing happen OVER AND OVER, their credibility and sincerity is in question, IMO.
They do NOT seem to be interested in being transparent or forthright. This doesn't mean they're not working to make PTSC successful, but it's kind of like a restaurant that's working to improve their menu of offerings, but not bothering to clean their kitchen or proof read the menu before they offer it to patrons.
