I believe the jig is up on over 100 companies probably more. The re-exames have proven nothing more than a stall tatic.

If lecky thinks its a done deal on the Markman then he will settle out of court. Thats how he operates. I don't like it . I always thought he was a weakest link and still is.

Hey get all you can from the T3 and the other hundreds of companies. Return at least 90% of lic. fee's in the form of divy's and I will be one happy camper.
