Discovery on the T3 that may lead to new lawsuit

It would be great to ask the BOD if they found in the discovery process evidence that the company that they hired way back in 200 2005 to make the PTSC chip, if they had leaked information to other T3 Manufacturers.

If so, then they have a legal base in which to go back and sue the manufacturing company for breach of trust and contract.
