Judge Ware's Scheduling Notes

We know from the Calendar that on Feb 27 the following is scheduled

9AM- (3) motion hearings will be heard

11AM- (3) case management conference further

Judge Ware's Scheduling notes makes this distinction:

Case Management/Status Conferences are scheduled at 10AM

Civil prelim/Final Pretrial Conferences are scheduled at 11AM

Is it a valid assumption that if motions are denied at 9am, then a trial date will be set @11AM on Feb 27. Doesn't it seem that Judge Ware would have his Markman decision made by on or before the 9AM Motion Hearing?
