I noticed that the Alliacense website shows the Strata Portfolio as being marketed since 2011. I didn't see it on the TPL website. Is this yet another portfolio that might be commingled with the MMP?
These innovations have been recognized by the USPTO with 20 granted patents. In 2011, the TPL Group endeavored to advance these protected, fundamental innovations as the STRATA Portfolio.
-
The TPL Group’s STRATA Portfolio covers a broad range of innovations fundamental to remote-computing technologies.
- Key innovations include unifying video and I/O data streams into a single interface. This simplifies connections between a video display, multiple I/O devices and computing systems over extended distances. These technologies are embodied in zero-clients, PC over IP products, and state-of-the-art video display monitors that simplify and reduce the number of cables required to integrate a system.
- The patents of the STRATA Portfolio were developed by ClearCube Technology International, Inc. – a recognized leader in centralized computing, OS-less zero-client, and desktop virtualization markets. These growing markets are a result of global organizations seeking to reduce IT management costs, improve manageability and enhance security while efficiently delivering the best computing capabilities for each user.
