I. CIVIL MOTIONS are scheduled at 9:00 AM


PLEASE NOTE: Chief Judge Ware's Law and Motion calendar is very active and advance notice of motions for hearing is necessary. Chief Judge Ware DOES NOT reserve hearing dates for motions. Noticed motions should be made in accordance with the Local Civil and Federal Rules of Procedure. Any matters to be heard are calendared on a first come first serve basis. If Motions are improperly noticed, they will be continued by Clerk's Notice to the Court's next available hearing date. All electronic filings should have copies submitted to Chief Judge Ware's Chambers pursuant to General Order 45.

Chief Judge Ware does not issue tentative rulings on upcoming matters. Any matters taken under submission by the Court are submitted until further Order of the Court.
