What if Chuck wins against TPL?

If PTSC was really interested in knowing the value of the MMP patent portfolio, they might want to take a look at the company listed below (see link). Pay close attention to the team. Dave Sciarrino formerly of VP of Licensing Ops for Alliacense. He also sits on the BoD of GreenArrays. If only the BoD hadn't settled so quickly...who knows what good things could have come from supporting Chuck Moore. I have no doubt that the BoD believes they did what was in the best interest of the company. I'm not so sure. With Dave on his side, if Chuck wins his suit against TPL perhaps Dave already has a buyer lined up for Chuck's 1/2 of the patents. What would happen if an ARM or some other company of equal stature purchased Chuck's interest. Where would that leave PTSC even with a favorable Markman?

Of course if Chuck settles with TPL there is always the possibility that Dave could be looking for a buyer for the entire patent portfolio.
