Hey Ron , i know that you will not be reading this tonight and maybe you can comment in the next few days on this topic.

I am sure that you talked about this in the past but since i have not kept up with this thread until recently i want to talk about the instant replay factor.

The ruling on the field-court-stands...

It would seems foolish for Judge Ware to have not studied the findings of the first Marksman ruling . While this decision will be on his head , any educated and wise person if given the chance would be a student of history.

I know that we all hear of one court that rules one way and when taken to a higher court it is over turned.

Judge Ward appears to be highly respected and no Judge wants to be viewed as being partial . I will assume that his decisions will take seriously into consideration what Judge Ward ruled and that for him to go against a prevous finding , he will have to had looked under every rock to make sure that the rulings of a contempory were not correct.

This post is my logical mind workng but of course it really is my emotions talking.
