Such comments coming from Taiwanese companies that do business very much the same way as China, known to steal technologies and even hacking into our governments database to spy out information.
The fact that they try to look legitimate makes me want to vomit!
How dare they try to ridicule one of the most astute inventors of our time, to try to get away from paying for the technologies they stole.
The fact that PTSC tried to produce chips on or around 1995-96 (with a “Taiwanese” company that may have also taken the technology and resold it to these infringers), is proof that we tried to make products to “enter” the industry.
The financial dollars that back the major users of the technologies prevented PTSC from harboring and producing chips that would have enabled them to dominate the industry such as ARM.
To me those damages are worth a lot of money, just the punitive damages, plus treble fines, and the royalties to come are not enough of to cover the losses that PTSC had.
These infringers will pay.
