You forget the the privous attornies may have been diggen deep into the costs of the litigation.

Plus, the fact that they would rather delay things as much as possible just so that they can milk the system for as long as possible, some one before mentioned that it was an attornies dream come true....just as much as the dolphines that i previously mentioned.

Getting new attornies that are willing to make things happen quick is a much better scenario for me.
