First of all, no one would believe that was the reason. And if anyone other than TPL made such an announcement without the approval of TPL and TPL's attorney, they would be in serious trouble. You don't think the kind of information we are talking about is not covered by attorney-client privilege?
I do agree that there are people on this board who like to hear themselves. It doesn't bother me.
I admit to interjecting myself from time to time when I see something that does not register for me. If it comes across as arguing, so be it. Don't believe arguing is forbidden here.
