I hope that TPLs lack of signed MMP licenses in the last year has been the strategy all along because they were waiting for the Markman and the conclusion of the T3 case. I also hope those unkown licenses were all recent signings. I really thought we would have had a rush to license in the last few weeks. Maybe we have who Knows?
