Then there's Leckrone: He has filed a Cross-Complaint to my lawsuit, charging:
- Breach of fiduciary duty
- Misappropriation of trade secrets
- Unfair competition
among other claims. He has added GreenArrays as a defendant ....
What are the chances TPL bills this to PDS as a cost of defending MMP and PTSC ends up paying half of it?
