Who would be selling at this juncture? Based on what? Was there anyone out there that expected the 10 -Q to be earth shattering? This is the closest I have been IMO after years of expectations and let downs. Let's see how many "announced" licenses come in in the next two weeks prior to the Markman. The leverage is on our side, hopefully it is known that the MMP license will have a steep price hike if the Markman is favorable. The sellers will get burned IMO. Too much upside at this phase of the game.
