However, one reason why a license may not be announced is the licensee may require confidentiality as a condition of the license agreement......."

James Ottenson told us:

"Over 90 industry leading electronics companies (such as Motorola, General Electric, and Panasonic) have purchased licenses so that they can lawfully use the lessons of the patents-in-suit."

Oops! Well, I guess there goes THAT reason as to why PTSC hasn't informed its shareholders that in the last 2 years, 3 and possibly more of the TOP 50 electronics companies have purchased licenses.

I'm sure ol' Cliff and crew have some MORE reasons up their sleeve as to why this lack of transparency is really not a lack of transparency. LOL.
