10q states:

At November 30, 2011, PDS had accounts payable balances of approximately $2,965,704 and$227,000 to TPL and PTSC, respectively.

So as of 11/30, PDS owed $3,192,704 and had $48,927 in cash

Then per the 10q:

On January 9, 2012, PDS’ cash and cash equivalents balance was $314,388.

If PDS paid off its payable balances of $3.19M and added $0.26M in cash, it could suggest that maybe there has been licensing of approx $3.45M since the end of the quarter.

I think that's reading into things a bit considering we don't have info on whether they've paid those accounts at all, or whether they've paid them in full and perhaps even new payables not previously listed, but it could suggest some progress in licensing. And HOPEFULLY it at least suggests that the $45K PDS collected last quarter, (and we should note while at the same time and in the same period giving TPL $201K in cash for work not even associated with MMP LICENSING efforts), may be the bottom of the valley in licensing.

Maybe Gloria or other accounting wizards can explain a bit as to what possiblities those numbers present for the current quarter.
