if there is a favorable outcome to the Markman?

1. Is Leckrone going to direct Alliacense to immediately begin licensing the MMP or will he continue on his path of commingling and keeping our BoD in the dark about revenues?

2. It would appear to me that potential infringers are not lining up (and haven't been) to pay for a license in the event the Markman is not favorable. Would you buy if you possibly won't have to?

3. We already have it in writing from the BoD that mergers and aquistions are a thing of the past for PTSC.

4. We already have it in writing from the BoD that they are looking for a buyer for PDSG.

5. We make nothing of value and have no other asset that the MMP patent portfolio. It is paramount that measures are taken to support this asset.

6. If, as stated in Carlton Johnson's declaration in the PTSC vs TPL litigation, Dan Leckrone is correct in his belief that the MMP is worth 1Billion dollars.....what can we really hope for?

we would be lucky to see .20 on the dollar

Of course there is the possibly that Leckrone was purposely understating the value. I hope this is the case.

If our BoD is reading this, I am asking you to seriously consider paying shareholders dividends as soon as possible.
