Now where have we heard that before? It didn't work for us in Washington and it apparently hasn't worked for us within PTSC. We were hoping for a change of directors but we know that is not going to happen.

So what can we hope for?

1. A favorable Markman

2. A large announced settlement or, jury trial with a big win telling other infringers they are next

3. The BoD should be ready and willing to implement their dividend plan immediately

4. The BoD should buy some stock with their own money to show shareholders once and for all that they stand side by side with us and have faith in what we own.

5. Divest PDSG, cut all overhead to the bone including compensation for chairing committees especially the compensation commitee (what a joke)

6. Get rid of the position of interim CEO- it is a three person company with no employees to speak of. I'm sure that Cliff is very competent and can find a another job. Cliff's assistant can do the job for a fraction of the pay.
