I think any price movement would be predicated on a settlement being finalized. I don't think 'talks' are ongoing and that would be the reason for the current price movement.

I agree that it is in our best interests to have a Markman ruling completed so if it is favorable to us we will have the claims fully defined, and if we need to go to trial again we will most likely not have to argue claim construction again unless we assert new patents.

Hopefully the 10Q is the reason for the price movement and once the 10Q is released we will continue to ascend.
