If we can hold this mid .09 to .11 range for awhile with the anticipation of more positive news in the next 30 days, I think we can move up to about .15 . We would need continued good news and more licenses to get past .15, IMO.

The last time we were at this level and above was in the Feb. - April 2011 time frame and here is the news that lifted us then. Problem then was news after that never came and we drifted lower.
