People keep pointing out that TPL is not being mentioned but the discussion ends there. The more I think about it....it may mean something really significant has happened. PTSC might well of come out of the settlement with TPL, with more control than has been alluded to. I think TPL knew PTSC had them... because of the severity of the allegations being levied against them. Being caught with your hand in the cookie jar and then choosing to fight, finally made no sense. Just pondering what ageements they may have come to, not requiring an 8-k.
