Baseball analogy: The BOD is in a "contract year", and are pulling out all the stops in "January > ala September" to show they should be "resigned", for another year. While I appreciate the analogy, I do not think it fully applies.

IMO, I think we are witnessing the culmination of years of work by our patent lawyers, TPL, and yes, our BOD.

The stars do indeed appear to be lining up. Now that the '584 has just come out of reexam (fully intact it appears) MMP is now stronger than ever.

With the pending Claims Construction Hearing, the timing of this '584 announcement could hardly be better.

My guess is we will see a steady increase in the SP until the Markman fueled by a 'wave' of new licensees.

2012 is off to a great start for PTSC! Here's to testing our old highs so I can get off the ride. 11 years is quite enough...
