I recall reading just a few days ago about the president making on-line gaming an easier goal for companies.

This new license looks to be tied in with that event. If so, it gives a little hope that more signings are on the horizon.

I'm not going to buy more shares because of this event but at least we should see an uptick and some accompanying confidence for protracted growth.
