The BoD doesn't trust stockholders to elect a director that is needed to satisfy a regulatory or experience requirement. Let's look at our current BoD

Carlton Johnson-attorney sits on our BoD for the the same reason he sits on the BoDs of Peregrine, Cryoport & Ecotality....Eric Swartz. I say brownnnose (someone who kisses the hinder parts of those from whom advancement is sought)

Gloria Felcyn-accountant is on the BoD because of her relationship with the Faulk family. She has already proven her inability as a forensic expert. I say get out

Cliff Flowers- CPA, according to his bio- since 2004 he has worked for 3 companies with a gap in employment from Dec 2006-May 2007. Prior to 2004 he has held a few other positions with at least 3 other companies. I say job hopper.

They have no confidence that stockholders can find better replacements. I say BS
