Does anyone know if the PDSG Lease Expired?

I thought that I read in a prior financial statement that the lease expired at the end of Dec. 2011. If so, does anyone know if it was renewed or ???? Would it serve shareholders if our BoD renewed a lease for another failed acquisition? Maybe sharheolders will learn more at the SHAM.
