Ron, good point on the Higgins/Fish relationship.

Could be the first of many moves planned by Moore`s lawyers to latch on to anything, get B&O off the main track and draw this sucker out for as long as possible to bleed Patriot...?

It`s well known we have a cash-flow problem, even if our legal team isn`t directly affected by this...
