My guess is that if SH's secured the room for longer - they would only end up talking to each other. Our fearless band of corporate [bandana wearers] will have adjourned & hustled out the back door on their way to a congratulatory dinner for having [not acted in a manner aproved by the vast majority of shareholders] their way to yet another year of collecting [what the vast majority of shareholders deam an inappropiate] salary for the returns they deliver to their SH's. IMHO.
