Vengeance is not my concern. Can you imagine if we had a BoD and interim CEO who really were interested in bringing value to shareholders, who had the inestinal fortitude ( or a brass set) to have gone the distance with TPL instead of caving in, who communicated with shareholders in a candid and open manner, who admitted their mistakes, who didn't mock us even more by allowing proposals to be submitted for a vote knowing full well that any such proposal if passed by shareholders would never be binding upon them....can you imagine?

I can imagine it because it is only in my imagination that such a BoD and CEO would exist at PTSC. If they did exist, there are many shareholders including me, who would rally around such people and offer any support to help all of us to prosper.

No vengeance is not what I want. However, if any laws were broken, then I want justice. As far as my investment is concerned, I continue to hold just in case dividends might be paid in the near future. With a favorable Markman and renewed licensing, that is all I can hope for. My retirement income as well as my husband's has been negatively impacted by the actions of this BoD and those before them. They deserve everything they are entitled to and if that means jump suits and time spent at a federal resort, then they should have it.
