From what I personally read in the PTSC vs TPL file, many of our posts were copied in that file. Apparently some attorneys find merit in what we write here on agora and perhaps elsewhere, or why else would they bother to read our posts and reference them in a law suit.

I would imagine that the legal fees are fairly hefty. As I pointed out in a prevous post, as well paid as they are, someone failed to ensure that "Apple" had been redacted 100%. I walked in to the records room, requested the file, and saw Apple unredacted in several places.
