Someone please remind me, what were the reasons for moving it to Chicago and then to virtual?

Are we to assume that those reasons are no longer in play?

IIRC the virtual was to save money. I guess now they're either flush with cash or are done pretending to be responsible and just want the local party.

Chicago was what, to be closer to their accounting partners or something? To make travel easier for shareholders?
