Why do you believe that our board said that to Chuck Moore? With the BOD not saying much about anything, I am surprised they would have disclosed that.

Can you support that post with a link to a company statement? Not trying to argue, I am just trying to separate facts from feelings.

I would like to hear from the BOD that they would welcome the opprtunity to workd with Mr. Moore should he regain full control of his ownership. It really is not a 50-50 ownership IMO, it is more like Mr Moore owns 100% and PTSC owns 100%. So, each owner can do whatever they wish.
