You can't know it all because it is not a black and white issue. Where have you ever read on this board that a poster said they know it all. We let ARM out of the J3 because of the upcoming Quantas case IMO. But the way the decision was written it left the situation in a shade of grey that will have to be litigated on with the facts at hand. I beleive after the reaximination now concluded and with the upcoming Markman they possibly could be a target again. I am not a patent attorney nor a chip designer so this all speculation. Sort of like what you do all the time.
