First and foremost the proposal of majority voting PASSED shareholder approval..... it should be binding as the word request is just imo a nice way of saying DO IT!

The board knows that the three of them have more power then all the shareholders combined as they are united whereas regular shareholder are not....yet.....They also know that the proposal passed and they are seeing if they can make us blink by saying they are not giving up the keys to the kingdom... which in itself is interesting since they do not own shares in the company they are just employees of ours......

We should request a slate of board members be named on the proxy such as Ron, Brian, Laurie, Bush, Pete, Lamb, Militarybook, Mile, etc... etc....

We can write in the names of anyone on this or any other web site who goes to the trouble in stating that they would sit on the Board of PTSC and give their background. The ones who got the most votes would win. If they are not from the So Cal area but scattered around the country I would approve of weekly skype or "Go to Meeting" type meetings to get our house in order. I would agree to at least one if not two receptionist/shareholder reps in the office to take our calls and emails. I would agree to monthly meetings in person of our three or four member new board until things got straigtened out (six months max). I would approve of the hiring of a forensic accountant and SEC experienced fraud attorney to investigate our previous (current etc) boards actions and TPL and the "master" agreements validity and lastly

I would approve of an hourly remimbursement for the first year of their term reimbursement of reasonable travel, lodging and hourly compensation totally say no more then $5,000 p/month. As I would hope that the people elected would realize that all they needed to do is logically set the ship of state (ptsc) on the course of collecting what has been misappropriated by previous administrations and then to act as overseers of the future with the mandate that appropriate TRANSPARNENCY be noted to all shareholders in accordance with the SEC rules regarding public companies (TPL and the Leckrones be damned they are private and imo are not to be trusted). Our two experts would do the work we do not need full time board members or employees other then to answer the phones.

I think that a candiate for the board should run on the above platform and finally the last bit of business I think that they should be in charge of is to return all monies collected less fees paid to the experts as noted above and the minimal amt we reimburse them and the office staff.....return all excess money found and collected to we the shareholders. If within a year things start clearing up then we should decided on whether we can increase compensation or hopefully award these stalwart individuals options in a company whose shares are now moving in the right direction.

This would be the terms they would run under.... most of the work would be done by the two experts that I mentioned each of whom would have a timeline of no more then six months to pull their exams and audits together. If they ran into delays by not getting information needed from TPL or previous board members I would tell them without delay to file criminal complaints with local, state and federal agencies and also file civil suits for damages against all involved. No more delays.... Act now or forever hold your peace.

So are the individuals or any others willing to throw their hat in the ring.... Just because the board says the proposal is not binding does not make it so.... I for one would like to field a slate of candidates and have them when they win show up at PTSC headquarters with the DA and Sheriff and demand the keys to the office and the checkbooks etc.... With passed proposal in hand I would rather us spend whatever money we have in the bank to get these fools and idiots out of the Patriot office then to keep them there and if that meant that the company and TPL would go belly up and those who have been stealing by using the patents without paying get away with it forever due to time limitations then so be it. The Leckrone family has stolen from us long enough and it is my hope that he shows up at the Board meeting so I can tell him to his face.

Last note... at the last board meeting in San Diego they had private security guards.. how many do you think they will hire for this one?

Okay, my two cents probably pie in the sky and since I am unable to physically undertake such work I look toward the rest of you to put my thoughts into action but I will now slink back into the shadows and hope that there be actions..... as the one thing that bothers me above everything else regarding PTSC (and it is not the lost money) it is that I beleive the we have roaches in the office making away with the company and it's assets guided by the head roach Leckrone. These are greedy people and I would love to see them get caught and thrown in jail or the very least the poor house. How do they look at themselves in the mirror in the morning. They are minor Bernie Madoffs but minor or bit players or not they are not people I trust..... Do You?
