Mr. Innocenti - if you are here (or if someone knows how to contact him) then PLEASE resubmit your 2010/2011 "vote" proposal with "request" changed to "instruct" or howsoever a competent attorney tells you how to word it. Ensure it is on the 2011/2012 agenda for the just announced SHAM.

Meanwhile - how do we get tough on this BOD about enforcing the 4:1 approval from last year?
