The same old lets wait another three months then another three. That has been the story here for years and years. In the mean time our BOD continues to collect an outrageous salary. The bottomline is if they had a plan they would be telling us to keep shareholders at bay. They have gone full turtle mode which speaks volumes in my mind. I can see why Goerner wasn't a good fit with this BOD. His audacity of actually buying shares and communicating with shareholders was a slap in the face to the three amigos.
