I agree with you. The tendency by the company has been to distance itself further and further from shareholders. I wrote to Cliff after I called PTSC and said that shareholders need to plan for the meeting be it real or virtual and I asked him if he would please let all of us know if there is to be a meeting and when we may expect the proxy.

I doubt that he will respond to me, he never does any more.
