I just called PTSC re: Proxy

Cliff was not available to speak to me (or so I was told). I asked if the proxy has been mailed yet and I was told no. I asked when it would be mailed and the person on the other end said she did not know.

SGE, Duck, Ron....anyone who has an open line of communication with Cliff, are you aware of when the proxy will be sent out?
