Well I added 10K today myself.

It's a crap shoot at this point, but I tend to believe that no news is good news at this point, believing or at least wishing that good things are happening behind the scenes, and that we shall hear something good at the start of the year.

I actually am surprised in some way that more selling is not going on right now for tax-purposes, and that in itself is a good sign that those holding are not taking the risk of being out when a pop happens with a settlement or licenses ahead of a Markman ruling.
